You can send information or queries in an easy and secure way by following the instructions on the form. Once you have completed the fields required and sent your report, you will receive an identification code which you must keep for further consultation and follow-up.
If you have not made an anonymous report, you will immediately receive our acknowledgement of receipt. From that moment on, whether you have made your report anonymously or not, we will send you all communications related to your report through this channel. Therefore, to see our communications you must access "view a communication", where you will be able to find out if your report has been accepted for processing or not, the status of its processing and if we have requested additional information or clarifications from you in order to properly investigate the facts.
The confidentiality of the information shall continue to be kept throughout the process.
